Some recent events:
Leeds Castle, Conisbrough Castle, Belvoir Castle, Hawkstone Park, Rougham Estates Events, Tewkesbury and Leominster Medieval Festivals, Beautiful Days, Nozstock Festival, Stafford Castle, Swindon and South Norfolk Councils, and for the people of Newcastle Emlyn in order to welcome the Dragons back to Wales.
Alchemy was started by Lizzie in 2004. Prior to this she was a director/performer of the company Sacred Flame Fire Theatre touring Britain, Ireland and the continent. Sacred Flame's clients included many local councils,Warwick,Conisbrough and Lincoln castles,the National Garden Festival and Bristol Balloon Fiesta. She has twenty years of experience in fire performance, drama and storytelling, pyrotechnics, costume making, writing and directing.
Kevin joined Alchemy in 2005 as a dragon handler, storyteller and fire safety officer, bringing to Alchemy his experience of puppetry, storytelling and performance. He has a great love of the oral tradition and is very happy to weave a longer tale of deeper intrigue once the children are all abed. These include his original adaptations from Tolkien.
We are both members of Equity.
We also have current CRB clearance and public liability insurance.
Alchemy works with other performers of quality and experience to produce our larger shows. We can create site-specific bespoke events in collaboration with you and at reasonable rates. Please contact us to discuss your event.
